Sales Executive

With us, you will need to contribute with all your skills, personal strengths and your network so that we can achieve the company's growth goals together. As a salesperson at Adnavem, you will work with targeted outreach (traditional sales) as well as with leads generated from online (inbound sales). You will work closely with the marketing department and together you´ll define what are qualified leads. Our goal is for all salespersons at Adnavem to develop from a more traditional way of working to work more with online and inbound marketing & sales activities (web, social media, customer service, etc.). There will be concrete, realistic objectives and support goals set-up and the aim is the meet them no matter what. 

You will report to the CEO.

Responsibilities:

  • You will actively work to increase the company's sales. You are responsible for growth, development and profitability, which includes budget, sales and pricing.
  • Your main task is to sell shipments that are booked through our e-commerce solution online. The transport and logistics industry are a subordinated industry when it comes to smart digital solutions and it is your task to convince potential customers to book their transport via Adnavem instead of the traditional way through freight forwarders.
  • Your tasks also consist of analysing customer behaviour, forecasting work, negotiating and pricing, and planning and implementing customer plans and campaigns with others in the organization.
  • We use a CRM system that we put great importance to as it is part of the inbound methodology.   

Requirements:

  • To succeed as a salesperson at Adnavem, you have strong motivation and a mindset as an athlete. You are in it to win it.
  • You are structured both as a person and at work and have a business-oriented and customer-oriented approach to everything you do.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in outreach sales within the industry.
  • A good understanding of sea, air and land transport.
  • You have an entrepreneur's mindset and can easily find new ways to develop the business.
  • You have a good communicative ability and are used to working with market analyses.
  • You gain confidence in the meeting and have easy to create positive and long-term relationships with both customers and colleagues. As a person, you are ambitious, structured, committed, curious, communicative, and responsible for your actions.
  • You are driven by setting up and working towards ambitious goals and realizing the importance of teamwork and sharing your experiences.
  • Good computer skills, especially in Excel and Powerpoint, and have good knowledge of presentation techniques and rhetoric.
  • You master Swedish and English in speech and writing.
